What is Solutionreach and Should You Be Using It?

Some of the tools make our lives easy and some of them require a lot of time on the phone with support staff. About Solutionreach:

Solutionreach is a cloud-based SaaS solution for dentists. Most are these days, but it’s still worth pointing out. Solutionreach offers the standard text-to-confirm for patient communication- No new differentiators here.

We like Solutionreach because it has the most robust email communication capabilities and reporting. If you’re sending out emails to your patient base, you are not stuck with a limited supply of clunky, difficult to use templates. Solutionreach allows you to build your own templates using a WYSIWYG editor as well as use HTML code to build them. We love that they have a dedicated team of designers and support staff that will help you build templates and troubleshoot if you needed. Additionally, you are able to target your current patient base by demographic as well as set up drip campaigns and send test emails.

Most importantly is reporting- metrics are easily available to check email performance and find templates and messages that resonate with your patients. None of the other patient engagement tools we’ve seen does this. We can track meaningful performance in a patient management tool!!! (Finally!)

We’ve spent quite a bit of time working in LH360 (Yodle), Demandforce, Revenue Well, PracticeMojo, and Yapi. This is the easiest, most user friendly in our opinion. It by far outweighs the others in email capability and functionality.

$379/month with a $399 setup fee. Multi-practice locations receive a discount. After 60 days of use, the practice would sign a 24 month agreement. 12 month agreements are negotiable, but may cost more.
