We are looking for an experienced software sales representative that can help grow our in- house software product, Your Virtual Consult. Your Virtual Consult is a platform that makes it easy for dentists to connect with prospective patients who are unhappy with their smile but hesitant to come into the dentist. Our platform lets patients fill out a simple form and take a few photos of their smile to start a conversation with dentists. Dentists can use our platform to generate new leads and respond with powerful video consults to win new cosmetic cases.
Wonderist agency currently works with over 300+ dentists around the country and gets 30-60 new inbound leads every month. We would expect you to engage with inbound leads to provide product demos and help with client onboarding.
Our perfect fit would be a motivated go-getter who loves technology and making the lives of dentists easier. This role will be responsible for the end-to-end management of the sales process. Being able to identify good opportunities for potential new clients, build partner relationships, pitch Your Virtual Consult, and educate, educate, educate prospective doctors on Virtual Consults - both live and asynchronous. Helping dentists create new patients through establishing trust prior to the patient walking in the door and a great connection off the bat is important as well as setting realistic expectations! This job isn’t all about talking though, we also expect organizing and tracking leads through the CRM, creating reports, and being creative with new strategies.
Additionally, contributing to the overall sales and marketing strategy for Your Virtual Consult and helping to secure partnerships with industry leaders, state associations, and KOLs. Some of these initiatives will also include traveling to trade shows, after-hours work engagements including dinners, drinks and events.

The work isn’t easy. It’s dental. And there’s plenty to go around. We need an intelligent, creative Account Executive with the flexibility to turn on your heels when priorities change, the thoughtfulness to do what’s in the best interest of the team, and the desire to always produce your best work. We do what’s right for the client, not just what’s easy. And that’s what makes our jobs gratifying. We are a fast-growing startup of over 30, and that means we’re agile. We’re able to try new things and experiment. It also means we make time to celebrate the work, each other, and when we hit our quarterly goals, or every Friday at 5 pm. Our favorite dive bar, Desi’s, is just down the street and right across from Liberty Station, so we’ve got our location going for us.
