Job Description:

Marketing is a somewhat intangible product and building trust and a great connection off the bat is important as well as setting realistic expectations! This job isn’t all about talking though, we also expect organizing and tracking leads through the CRM, creating reports, and being creative with new strategies.

Essential Functions:

  • Superb Communication Skills: You will be the first point of contact to almost every potential new client. This initial contact can make or break a deal and being able to connect with the potential client, convey value in our products and services, and facilitate and control the process is essential.
  • Good Business Sense: We are marketing for Doctor’s businesses, and they expect us to understand that. You have to understand where they are coming from and how marketing applies to them. Each practice is different and each Doctor has their own ideas, now how do we connect the dots.
  • Negotiation Skills: You will have to make sure that you stay savvy when it comes to negotiation. Everybody wants a deal, but not everybody deserves one. Being able to position and negotiate to win over new clients and diagnose when and when not to give a deal.
  • Elite Level Organization: When you are managing 40-50 open deals, the only way to remember what you need to get done is by staying organized. You will have to create reports, track wins-losses, manage leads, schedule calls, send quotes, and so much more. New sales is how we continue to grow and tracking that is always important, but also fun.
  • Positive Attitude: People say no in sales, it’s inevitable. No matter the case, sales goals stay the same and jumping back in the driver's seat and controlling the things you can control with a can-do attitude is crucial to success.

  • Understanding of marketing metrics, KPIs, and converting those to ROI
  • Ability to network and create partner relationships
  • Working knowledge of SEO, PPC and Website Content

Minimum Qualifications:

  • 2+ years of sales experience (Inside or Outside)
  • Worked within CRM and building reports
  • Conference/Trade Show experience
