Job Description:

The Paid Social Specialist is a strategist first. You will own the strategy, execution, and performance of Meta Ads campaigns for a portfolio of dental clients. This means building campaigns that deliver measurable results, steering digital strategy at the account level, and spotting opportunities for growth.

As a trusted expert, you’ll guide client conversations with confidence, lead campaign strategy with independence, and collaborate closely across teams to deliver unified marketing outcomes. This role is perfect for someone who thrives in a fast-paced agency environment, can juggle multiple priorities, and loves blending creative thinking with performance-driven execution.

Essential Functions:

The Paid Social Specialist will be expected to know the ins and outs of Social Ads campaigns and how to best execute them as the primary strategist for assigned accounts.

  • Lead Strategy & Execution: Develop paid social strategies that drive measurable results, scale performance, and continuously refine levers for success.
  • Client Ownership & Strategic Guidance: Serve as the strategic lead for client accounts. Run calls, provide proactive recommendations, and align clients with marketing best practices.
  • Escalation Management: Take ownership of client issues related to paid social, investigate thoroughly, communicate clearly, and resolve quickly to ensure retention and confidence.
  • Campaign Management: Oversee campaign structures across multiple services with a deep understanding of lead generation flows and conversion behavior.
  • Landing Page Direction: Identify opportunities for conversion rate optimization and collaborate with Web and Design teams on funnel strategies.
  • Performance Analysis & Forecasting: Review data, extract insights, and present findings that inform both tactical improvements and long-term strategy. Build forecasts and projections for scaling.
  • Ad Creative & Copy Direction: Write compelling ad copy and collaborate on creative concepts aligned with each client’s value proposition and goals.
  • Cross-Team Collaboration: Partner with Client Success Managers, PPC Specialists, Web, and SEO teams to ensure paid social campaigns support larger marketing efforts.

  • Full-Funnel Paid Social Strategy: Deep expertise in building and optimizing campaigns across the entire funnel, with a focus on lead quality, conversion tracking, and scalable growth.
  • Meta Platform Mastery: Advanced knowledge of Meta Ads Manager, including audience segmentation, detailed targeting, creative testing, and campaign architecture to maximize ROI.
  • Analytical Optimization: Skilled in interpreting performance data, identifying trends, and implementing data-driven adjustments to improve efficiency and results.
  • Client Communication: Confident in explaining complex social ad strategies in clear, actionable terms. Experienced in navigating challenging conversations and serving as a trusted escalation point.
  • Strategic Problem-Solving: Proactive in troubleshooting campaign challenges, testing new tactics, and adapting strategies to evolving industry trends.
  • Collaboration & Relationship Building: Proven ability to foster trust with clients, lead cross-functional teams, and manage external contractors to deliver comprehensive campaigns.
  • Executional Precision: Detail-oriented in managing multiple accounts, deadlines, and creative workflows in fast-paced environments.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • 3+ years of experience managing Meta Ads/TikTok/LinkedIn campaigns in an agency environment
  • Proficiency with tracking platforms (e.g., CallRail, GoHighLevel) and conversion attribution models
  • Experience with Meta Pixel setup and conversion tracking best practices.
  • Proficiency with Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Slides, Drive) for day-to-day collaboration and reporting
  • Familiarity with design and creative tools such as Canva, Creatopy, Munch, CapCut or similar
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Digital Media, or a related field

Bonus points for applicants with:

  • Healthcare or dental marketing experience
  • Experience developing SOPs or training materials for social ads processes
  • Experience managing a vendor partner or contractor team, including delegating work and providing strategic direction
  • Webflow or CMS platform experience
  • Google Ads experience
